Pinot Grigio Oak aging imparts intense tropical notes of pineapple, guava and mango; citrus and tropical fruit that give way to a light creamy coconut vanilla finish. Chardonnay Made in a bugundian style, this Chardonnay presents green apple, nutmeg, cinnamon and florals on the nose Rose of Syrah Less than 30 cases of this delight were produced. Strawberry nose with a pleasant lavender note. Cherry, strawberry and blueberry flavors abound. A lovely intense spicy lingering finish adds to the complexity of this limited production wine. Sangiovese A complex California version of this great Italian wine. One of the most versatile food reds - try this with almost any dish. Barbera A surprisingly big wine with interesting structure, serve with smoked meats. Syrah This classic Rhone has flavors of deep blueberry, plum and toasty spices abounding. Fruit forward nose highlighting blackberries, lavender and white pepper. Great mouth feel Zinfandel Cherry and berries and blackberry jam on the nose and at first sip are balanced with an underlying pepper note. A great example of Paso's signature wine; try this with hearty pasta. Merlot Currants Rich mouth feel with black and green pepper and a hint of caramel and light floral notes on the mid palette followed by a long lingering creamy finish Roo Boy Red Our big red blend is named for our Australian Shepherd, Roo. It is a huge blend of Petit Sirah, Merlot and Tempranillo. Maggie's Magic Chermut style chardonnay & muscat sparkling wine named for Jill's mom and the greatest Australian Shepherd ever who shared the name Sydney's Surprise A hint of fresh raspberry juice added to the base Chardonnay sparkler.
