PASO ROBLES WINE COUNTRY—No matter when you arrive in Paso Robles, there's something happening. WineCountry.com takes a seven-day look at events happening each and every day of the week this spring.

MONDAY

Stroll through the Gardens of Hearst Castle
Not far from Paso Robles is the magnificent Hearst Castle in San Simeon—the historic mansion of the Hearst family. Visitors to the castle will be able to experience a spectacular display of color and fragrance during this time of year. Virtually all of the estate's extensive gardens, terraces, and walkways are included in this very special tour. View hundreds of roses, azaleas, rhododendrons and more of nature's beauty on display. TUESDAY

Tasting Tuesdays - Lido Restaurant & Bar
The Lido Restaurant and Bar at the Dolphin Bay Hotel in Pismo Beach offers Tasting Tuesdays, every week from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. Selected wines will be paired with hors d'oeuvres created by Chef Evan Treadwell. A different winery is featured each Tuesday, with an expert on hand to discuss the vintages being sampled. The Hearst Castle Evening Tour Program will begin a new season on most Friday and Saturday nights through May.
